Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the safety and standards throughout the cabin
Ensuring the consistent delivery of the on-board product
Take initiative to address difficult issues
Contribute to the cabin crews' delivery of the customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum height 160 cm based on safety regulations
Intermediate English knowledge is required
Must have pleasant personality and appearance
No visible tattoos and /or body piercings while in uniform
Minimum age 21 years due to visa requirements
Pay and benefits
Starting Salary & Flying Pay
Basic salary during training BHD 300,000 per month
Basic salary after training completion BHD 340,000 per month
Flight pay as set out in the Company Regulations
Layover Expenses
As set out in the Company Regulations
Concessional Travel
As set out in the Company Regulations
Accommodation
Accommodation provided by the Company in Bahrain and while on Layovers
Transport
Transportation is provided by the Company to/from work and to/from Training College
Uniform
Provided by the company free of charge
Leave & Leave Travel
36 Calendar Days annual leave in every calendar year inclusive of weekends and public holidays
